About

Islamopedia

The Islamopedia blog has been on the web and blogosphere for many years now. Since its beginnings in 2007 it has published hundreds of daily Hadiths, posted links to articles and websites, advertised events, published notes from talks and served (we hope) to increase the knowledge of its author and readers.

Through this blog we have developed a dedicated band of followers on emails, twitter and facebook who benefit from our posts regularly and we hope to continue increasing our reach via these mediums.

The primary aim of the blog has always been to share the ‘Hadith of the Day’ posts and this will remain the prime objective. We will also continue to share other beneficial material that we think will be useful to our readers.

We are also happy to publish articles and works by other authors. If you would like to publish something that you have produced then please get in touch with us.

Jashim Ali

Jashim Ali is the founder and principal author of the blog. He is a Project Manager by profession working in the Housing Association sector in the UK. The following article from the Guardian gives a little background into his field of work:

He currently sits on the board of No Boundaries which is a grassroots organisation working with the youth in the Shoreditch area. He also runs the Wednesday Circle which is an Islamic Circle for young children.

Salams, I was wondering whether you would be kind enough to place my website Muslimbase Hijab Store in your shopping links section. If you would like I will place a link to your blog in my website which is http://www.muslimbase.com/
